SHIPPING

  • When will I get my order?

Most orders are completed within 3 days, and almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date. That being said, it is important to note that the exact production time can differ from order to order. Once the order is confirmed, the order is shipped out and you will receive an email with an estimated delivery time. The shipping time depends both on your location and from the shipping location.

COVID 19 Disclaimer

Please note that our fulfillment may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers. Please be patient with us as we navigate these difficult times.

  • Where do you ship from?

We work with on-demand order fulfillment companies with facilities worldwide. However, some products are only shipped from a specific location; in that case, this will be indicated in the product description.

  • Why are some products for "Europe orders" or "Extra Europe orders" only?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently. However, some products are only shipped from a specific location: in that case, please select the option (Europe or Extra Europe) that applies to you, in order to avoid long shipping times and higher shipping rates.

  • How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@arushofspritz.com

  • What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates are indicated at check out. They vary based on the type of product, quantity, geographical location of the print provider in correlation with delivery address. Orders that include various products may be produced at different print facilities and may, therefore, be delivered separately: in that case a different shipping rate  will apply for each item, and the cumulative final  rate will be indicated at checkout, as a result of the sum of all separate shipping rates.

  • Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

  • I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry this happened. Please email us at info@arushofspritz.com within 14 days from receiving your order, with photos of the damaged product and your order number.

  • Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@arushofspritz.com within 14 days of receiving your order. 

  • Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

We are sorry, but at this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts in the product description.

  • I got a different item (size / colour) than what I ordered. 

Please contact us at info@arushofspritz.com within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the mislabeled item, and your order number, and we will send you a new product, or a refund.

  • Can I contact you in Italian?

Yes, in English, Italian or Venetian dialect ;)

  • Can you print customized tee shirts?

Yes, please send us your request at info@arushofspritz.com and we will do our best to accommodate your special request. 

  • Can you use a different dialect/local variant?

Yes! We acknowledge that regional dialects have infinite variants. Our Veneto Collection is mainly based on the Venetian variant of Veneto dialect. Please feel free to reach out to us and we will adjust the text on the product based on your dialect's variant (es. Trevisano, Padovano, Veronese, Vicentino etc. etc. )

  • Is Venice really sinking?

Yes, approximately 1mm. per year. Climate change is real: please be considerate and love thy Planet Earth.

  • How many dialects are in Italy?

Over 200! Some say thousands. Dialects are used by a majority of Italians and spoken as a primary language by 15% of the population.
